Tupua Tamasese Lealofi III (born May 04, 1901 - died December 29, 1929) was a prominent leader in Samoa’s pro-independent Mau movement during the 1920’s. The Mau’s motto for the movement was ‘Samoa Mo Samoa‘ (Samoa for Samoa).

Lealofi III, held the title ‘Tupua Tamasese’ which is one of four paramount titles (Malietoa, Mata’afa and Tu’imaleali’ifano being the other three), in Samoa’s chiefly system (fa’amatai), from 1901-1929.

Lealofi III’s resting place, is made up of a black tombstone that can be found in the village of Lepea.

and I know it’ll be hard work, if God is calling, He’ll
be there all of the way and it’ll be worth it.

I randomly found your blog when looking at the canvassing tag lol.

I applied to SECC Youth Rush because when I asked God to lead me somewhere (there are SOOO many canvassing opportunities around the nation), He sent me someone who did SECC Youth Rush and they told me to apply, so God will either open or close that door.

Ultimately, I just wanna be where He can use me.

Maybe we’ll meet someday, bro!

Canvassing

I applied on Monday to something I never thought I would ever do: summer canvassing.

For those that don’t know, you go door-to-door selling Christian literature.

I couldn’t even go door-to-door selling chocolates or Christmas wrapping paper or cookie dough or magazine subscriptions for school.

And when my church would go share tracts at the mall or other public location, I’d shirk from doing my fair share. I didn’t want to be one of those Christians.

You know the type.

Super-judgy, extra-preachy, with a side of Bible thumping.

But, I’m realizing more and more that I’m either for Jesus or I’m not.

There’s no gray area.

If I was in a relationship, would I be ashamed of my girlfriend? No.
Then, why I am ashamed of telling the world about how good Jesus is and how amazing and whole His love is?

For the Christians who follow me, please please please pray for me and that I won’t be discouraged.

I really feel God leading me on this one, and He’s opening the right doors.

this morning with a feeling I haven’t felt in a long time: hope.

Jesus is always faithful.

It’s gonna take a miracle to handle the overwhelming amount of things I have to do for the next weeks/month, so it’s a good thing He specializes in that.

Encouragement for you this morning:
